These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Astro Ray. By signing up, logging in, posting, or just browsing, you agree to follow them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our community guidelines are part of these terms. They cover day-to-day behavior like being respectful, avoiding harassment, and how we handle strikes and bans.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to view, post, or comment on content marked as sexual or sensual (18+).

Your date of birth is collected at sign-up and kept private. It is never shown to other members. It is used only to decide whether you can access 18+ content.

If you create an account with a false date of birth, especially to access adult content while underage, the account will be removed. Parents or guardians who believe a minor is using the site under a false age can report the account.

Astro Ray does not verify age with government ID. We rely on the date of birth you provide, and we provide the tools described here (age gating, PG-18 labels, reporting) to keep the platform safe.

Astro Ray is a community space for astrology. Members can build a natal chart, explore topics about planets, signs, houses and aspects, start discussions, reply, vote, bookmark, follow topics, and connect with other members.

Chart calculations and interpretations are for reflection, learning and entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind.

We are not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service. Nothing on Astro Ray should replace care from a qualified professional.

These terms apply for as long as you use Astro Ray or maintain an account. They also continue to apply to content you posted before deleting your account.

We may update these terms as the community grows. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Continuing to use Astro Ray after an update means you accept the updated terms.

You need an account to post, comment, vote, bookmark, save a chart, or follow topics. Some public content can be read without an account.

Keep your password and account access private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password and keep your recovery email current.

One account per person. Don't impersonate another member, astrologer, or public figure. Don't create new accounts to get around a suspension or block.

Username changes are limited to two changes per 30 days to prevent identity churn.

Astro Ray is currently free to use. If paid features, donations, or subscriptions are added in the future, they will be governed by separate terms shown at the point of purchase.

We do not sell your personal data. Third-party payment processors handle any future payments, not Astro Ray directly.

You can connect optional social links to your profile, such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, or Substack. These are public if you add them.

You can share Astro Ray content to X using the share buttons. This opens X in your browser and follows X's own terms and privacy rules.

Chart calculations use astronomy and geocoding services in the background. We do not share your birth data with these services in a way that identifies you.

Treat other members with respect. Don't threaten, harass, dox, spam, hate-speech, or abuse anyone. Don't post illegal content or content that sexualizes minors.

Mark any post that contains sexual or sensual content as 18+. Even if the automatic detector doesn't catch it, you are responsible for labelling it correctly.

Don't post content you don't have the right to share. Give credit when you quote books, articles, or other creators.

Don't manipulate votes, create fake accounts, or use scripts to scrape the site.

You keep ownership of the posts, comments, and profile content you create. By posting, you give Astro Ray a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content within the platform, including cross-tagging it to relevant topic boards.

You can edit or delete your own posts at any time. Deleted content may remain in backups or in other members' quotes for a short period.

Your birth date, time, and place are private and used only to build your chart. They are never published on your profile.

If you believe content on Astro Ray infringes your copyright, contact us with a clear description of the work, the infringing material, and your contact information.

We will review valid reports, remove or restrict access to clearly infringing material when appropriate, and notify the member who posted it.

Members may share links to external sites, articles, videos, or references. Astro Ray is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of those external sites.

Be cautious when clicking links posted by other members. Report links that lead to spam, malware, or harmful content.

We welcome suggestions and bug reports. You can report posts, comments, or accounts using the report button found throughout the app.

Reports are reviewed by humans. We don't promise a specific response time or that every decision will match what you expected.

Breaking these terms or the community guidelines can result in content removal, strikes, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal. Severe violations may result in immediate removal.

Our strike system works as follows: minor violations earn strikes; after three active strikes you receive a temporary suspension. Further escalations lead to longer suspensions, then permanent removal.

Astro Ray is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or that chart calculations are perfectly accurate.

Content on Astro Ray is created by members. We do not endorse every interpretation, advice, or opinion shared in discussions.

Astrology discussions are for reflection and learning, not professional advice. Do not delay or stop professional care because of something you read here.

If you have a concern about moderation, content, or your account, contact us directly. We will review disputes in good faith.

Most issues can be resolved by talking. For any legal dispute that cannot be settled informally, the laws of the jurisdiction where Astro Ray operates will apply.

We may revise these terms as Astro Ray changes. The latest version will always be available at this page. Major changes will be announced in the app or by email.

Continuing to use Astro Ray after a change means you accept the revised terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These terms, the community guidelines, and the privacy policy together form the full agreement between you and Astro Ray for use of the platform.
